Kindle Customer: This story developed about like the fist one. I still do not like the MFC. She got a slight better this time. She is surly, rude, and mean. I know why and I appreciated the admonishment from several of the other characters towards her. They all seemed to have her best interest in mind. There are way too many books in this series. I didn’t realize what I signed up for. Still on the fence about reading the rest of them.

Nessa: Really enjoyed this one. There were some good truns and twists. A lot of action and very interesting concepts and characters!

Lindsey Grace: This second book was full of action. It doesn't quite leave you on the edge of your seat since the good guys always seem to win and heal but it's still enough to keep you reading to see what happens. And now with Zack, the aunt, Omega, and 3 voices in her head.... I'll most definitely be reading further in the series to see how the story will enfold. Is the series perfect? No there's a little here and there that I would personally change or can't rationalize how it is playing out but regardless, it keeps my attention and I'm invested in the characters. I want to see what happens to some and why others are the way they are. It's a fun superhero-ish series.

clare: I originally downloaded these books and then returned without reading as I didn’t get a feel for them. Then they popped up on my FB feed, I read through the synopsis on the thread and it was different from what I originally thought. There are a lot of books in this series and I’m looking forward to reading them. They are clearly set out with no complicated plots and not too many characters at once. Each story is a great length without getting bored or feel like it’s dragging. I would recommend.

Amazon Customer: I read this book, Untouched: The Girl in the Box, book 2 having finished book one which was a free book on Amazon because after book one, I realized I had found a new author that could write a fantasy story that was unique in its own way, interesting, entertaining and kind of fun.

I am glad I did.

I felt that book one (Alone) seemed like find of a warm up to an interesting series, an introduction if you will. Book 2 took up where book one left off and "got straight into it" which I always appreciate. The premise of the story surrounding the main character is interesting and seems well thought out - what WOULD it be like to share your head with a sadist, who lived life to kill others?

I feel however that this was too simply answered by the author (seemingly typical in our society) by her local shrink and a quick shot of an "anti-psychotic" drug. I would much preferred to see the heroine "deal with" her unique issues by herself - surely having "sucked their souls" into own head / "soul space" - she should be able to mentally whoop their behind? While DreamTalking perhaps? Something.

Other than that relatively minor point (and I am sure others with...

Jack Murphy: What I really enjoyed about Untouched was the message it sends, about not caring too much about the bad things that happen to one in life, but more about where we go and what we do going forward, how we can make things better using the God given tools we're provided, not regretting that everything isn't exactly as we would have liked. For Sienna, not knowing where her mother is or who she can trust, confrontations with even more dangerous enemies...all make her frequent attitude problems somewhat forgivable.(even though I wanted to shake her sometimes, saying " Not everything is about you.") While Sienna is still a bit too full of teenage angst, she's learning to not pity herself and to fight against that feeling, even if it seems that the entire world's against her and that the foundation of her life keeps shifting.(But she is only 17 and I love her character). In this book, Sienna learns that things won't get better by themselves, and that she's the only one who can make things better... and more importantly, that she really isn't alone... She has Zack and she has others who care about her.

I really enjoy Robert Crane's writing style and the snapish wit that he attributes...

Mrs. Valerie B. Smart: I read book 1 as the 1st book in a bundle . Hero's Urban Fantasy...just had to get book 2 & 3 which were both free...great fantasy novels about a girl with super powers who has been locked at home for 12 years until her mother doesn't come home and a lot of other people want her..she being unaware of her powers which continue to develop ....just about to start book 3 and know I will enjoy it as much as the first two...I understand there are 10 books altogether...The great Amazon price for the bundle means everyone can enjoy books 1 2 & 3 all foe the small price of the bundle...thanks Amazon....

booksnwhatever: Book 2, Untouched, is more or less Sienna "finding herself" after discovering some strange and overwhelming facts she never even imagined could be possible. We welcome a few more dangerous characters to the series, and even find minor characters mentioned in book 1 finally getting a little spotlight. Also jam-packed with action, there's plenty more adrenaline and vigor for the thrill-seekers. With no sign of her mother still, Sienna is stuck with no one or no place to go. She chooses to stay with the Directorate, so we learn a lot more about what they do, who they are and why everyone is after her.

I personally found that this was such an annoying book to read, though I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sienna acts especially spoiled, selfish and self-centered which I really could not stand it. I love the new characters that were introduced, and how minor characters from Book 1 are introduced properly and become more prominent within the series. I am honestly glad to acknowledge Sienna and her efforts in building relationships with others, despite her isolated upbringing and trust issues. There are parts where you feel completely downhearted for the struggles she faces, and the...

prihrod: ## PLOT: The series won me over on the first book (I actually did a little happy dance as I got the 2nd one on my kindle) and the plot of this one met every single expectation I had. The series continues with a fast paced and original story, when I reached the end of the book I though something like "No way I have read only a few pages...". The twists on the story make you hang on every word and a lot is explained, but on the same way a lot is still a mystery (Yeah Old Man Winters, you know I'm talking to you).

## CHARACTERS: Sienna is her usual witty and sarcastic self and boy do I love her for it, but I have to admit, of everyone in the book the one I adored the most was Clyde.... oops Clary, it seems like Sienna has finally found her match on crazy and humor (not that Kurt doesn't try). We also learn more about the directorate staff, though Old man Winters remains a riddle wrapped in a mystery, but the medical staff deserves a book of their own (Loved them ). The new metas presented are also awesome (I'm using this word with caution, once I'm afraid I'll wear it out by describing this book). As usual, Robert J Crane does an amaaaazzzziiinnngggg job describing and...
