Enid C: I like this story, but things I don't like are Jemma because she can really irritate me. She can be so whiney and clueless at times that makes me want to punch her if she were a real person, lol. The 2nd thing is the over use of the word "love" and "Angel" by Dominic its ridiculous used way too much and cringe worthy.. but I love the concept and the story mostly gives me Buffy the vampire Slayer vibes so love , love it .

Amazon Customer: I haven’t reviewed the first two because I wasn’t sure how I felt about them. They were obviously interesting enough to keep me captivated and reading. But I felt like the author is unnecessarily descriptive in some areas, almost like she’s trying to increase word count. Of course I couldn’t even dream of the imagination skill and writing abilities she has, so my opinion is just an opinion. The third one has been my favorite so far, the story line has definitely gotten better and I couldn’t put this one down. I read the first 3 in just a week. Dominic won me over in this one too, I was never a die hard Trace fan, but he just lacked appeal in this one, Dominic did not. I’d be blood bonded to him in a heart beat. On to book 4!

Kindle Customer: This book was my favourite out the 6 books. It made me fall in love with Dominic and Jemma and how far they had come. Dominic shined in this book and made you realise what jemma saw in him to begin with.

Chelsea: **Spoilers Ahead**
I really was not expecting this series to be as well written as it is, and how great it is to go back remembering the days of Buffy. I couldn't get into Twilight and I couldn't get past the second chapter of the Sookie Stackhouse series. I still have no idea how Charlaine Harris made it on the New York Time's Bestseller List, but then so did Twilight. This series reminds me of Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake series before it became a sex infused nightmare. However, where LKH created a powerful female character in her first book, I don't look at Jemma that way and hoped she would become a character I loved. Jemma's weak scenes are pages long and her fight scenes where she finally does kick ass are only a page or two. They feel rushed and not very believable since I look at her as not being capable of taking on big bad vamps. I'm giving four stars because I couldn't put the books down. Storyline is great, main character needs major changes.
The only real qualms I have with the writing is once in awhile a ridiculous word pops up and makes me pause. It's enough to make me stop and think, why the hell didn't the author just say 'forgiving' instead of...

Magwan911: More from jemma and the Scooby gang. Definitely entertaining and gripping.good characters and dialogue. The storyline was simple but effective as it drew you in. The annoying thing is the way each book ends on a cliffhanger.
It's definitely a page turner.

Maria of Arcadia: Refreshing new series I got only this last week since I do not like series, unless the books are stand alone or they are finished and available all at once. So I tried the first one and looking the three book series advertisement I thought ok, this is it the saga is done. I went on to buy books two and three and I threw myself from a cliff! One cliffhanger after another, a challenge for my Mediterranean temper... All in all I liked the story, although it started diluting on the third book. The heroes are your typical teenagers that pretend maturity and act like kids. The writer sometimes forgets all the magic things the heroes can do to get out of an ugly situation, and some of them are having the weight of a hologram in the story and not of a real person. The Alt moments of the heroes sometimes are confusing since the outcome differs and the story feels like developing as you go kind of thing. However I liked the action parts and I can imagine a movie out of it but not three. I hope we will have another Stephanie Meyers kind of author and not a Bella Forest.
Also the last book comes out Dec 17, 2017, so if you are like me you can buy them all together then, or gift them as a...

Sheeba Dhillon: I really loved the love triangle between Trace, Jemma and Dominic. And, fell in love with Dominic's character as his love for Jemma is subtly shown in the book. Can't wait to read what happens next in the final book "Infernal" And, I would love it if Jemma and Dominic could be together not only cause of the bond between them but also because they actually complement each other very well....

Lyne: Bianca always delivers & allows her readers to lose themselves into the unimaginable. Beautifully written from the beginning to the end. Once you start reading you can't put the book down. Unfortunately, her readers have to wait until book 4 to unfold the complete story & her love affair.

April Sue Locklear: Edge of your seat reading!
Honestly though, I like Dominic better than Trace and I hope Gemma ends up with him.
