The_Best_Test: I've used this model for many many years. The batteries slowly give out - but it happens slowly so I don't notice. When the screen gets a hole, that I do notice ! And I buy two more, one to use, one on hand. The new one is always impressive what with a brand new battery inside ! :)
The shave isn't real close, but close enough. If I want a real close shave I follow with a fancy Remington.

thomas tomazic: Overall, a very nice shaver. Takes care of two day growth nicely. Love the display for battery life, takes the quess work out of when it will run out. Only gave 3 stars for battery life since I've only had it for a relatively short time.

TMC-Finger Lakes: I like this razor. It does a very good job on short growth (one day). If whiskers are a little longer (two days or more) the screens miss a few and it's necessary to use the trimmer. Trimmer is not the greatest but it works OK. Holds a charge for a LONG time, small size is very handy and the price was low.

Peter: I bought this and I also bought a much more expensive one of a different brand to compare. The expensive one's trimmer glides easily and has no discomfort or cuts. This one, however, agitates my skin and if you press a little too hard, it bites the skin and makes it swell.
This product will get the job done, but I highly recommend spending more if you want some comfort during your shaves.

A D.: I’ve had this razor for a couple of years now, and it does a fantastic job. It’s my second one of this model, and it too is great. The price has jumped quite a bit since I last bought one, so I’d have to shop around before committing to another one down the road. They used to be in the mid $30 range a couple of years ago.

Ryan R.: Shaves closer than the "SweetLF 3D Rechargeable 100% Waterproof IPX7 Electric Shaver Wet & Dry Rotary Shavers for Men Electric Shaving Razors with Pop-up Trimmer, Blue" but shaves slower and leaves some stubble compared to SweetLF. The Remington would always leave a few hairs behind that would take multiple passes to get, this does not happen with the SweetLF. SweetLF Charges in 1 hr and I can get about 14 shaves out of it. The Remington does not have replacement foils for sale. Bought 2 of these Remingtons and the foils wore out in 12 months for each. So the Remington cost of shaving was about $28 per year. If I can get 1 year out of the SweetLF foils then replacing them with $17 should bring the cost of shaving down compared to the Remington.

blade because I just can't shave that close with a blade , plus my skin also gets chapped if I shave too ofton with a blade . I have used Remington razors over 50 years now and their foil razors are the best you can get for the money .
