Manscaped Electric Grooming Trimmer for Genital Hair

Andrea: Lady here, bought it for downstairs due to other reviews I read. Shaves, but definitely needed more than one pass in most places to cut the hair. I do have red coarse hair, so maybe its just tougher than other colors? Was sharp enough to cut my skin when I was not careful enough, and the width was both an advantage and disadvantage for downstairs. Hard to deatil due to the width (but overall made shaving faster than most ladies' razors). LOVED the built in light.

NJBob: Wow. Firstly, anyone who’s purchased Apple products, you’re familiar with the exceptional packaging and presentation. I realize this aspect alone doesn’t necessarily represent a quality product but, it is impressive and indicates a manufacturers commitment. Secondly, the look and feel of the device really is exceptional. I was used to a norelco trimmer which in my opinion did an adequate job all over my body and beard. Yup - it was noisy and I got accustomed to the weight and sometimes awkward feel. With my Manscape, it’s well balanced and feels good in the hand. It’s much more quiet and cuts meticulously. I also like the ‘slider’ options on the 2 included length guards. Sure beats the 10 or so individual ones I had with the norelco. Charging is fast - it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever use it in a session where the battery can fully drain. I’m very happy and impressed with this. I’ve used it on my beard and body (including my man parts) without issue - it far exceeds what I thought of my old norelco (which was decent) and has brought my grooming up to top notch. TheBeTs: Still be ultra careful. It will cut you. Advertisement makes you think this is super safe and will not cut you. It is much safer than any other trimmer I've tried but you are not safe from cuts if you are not careful and miss an angle.

Lock feature prevents shaver accidentally turning-on. Trim longer hairs with scissors first & keep skin flat as you shave. Read instructions dudes. Take time, use a light touch as you learn & then you can trim, without the guards, down to skin or hair-length wanted. If nicked or acne accidentally bleeds, use a styptic pencil (Amazon) to stop it: dip pencil tip in water & apply to area a few seconds. Ryan Morrison: I've been back and forth on purchasing this trimmer for so long given its price point, but a Prime Day deal and some spontaneous decision making was enough to convince me to buy.

The trimmer comes in some decently fancy packaging with a quick-start guide and user manual. The trimmer itself feels nice in the hand and (to me) surprisingly light, plus weighted well. Wireless charging is a welcome feature with a base that includes a nice braided USB-C to USB-A cable - better than what you usually get with a rechargeable trimmer. It only took a couple of hours after unboxing to charge completely. I used the short comb to "mow" the "lawn" which admittedly was in dire need of maintenance and the trimmer made quick work of it without any difficulties. The integrated LED light to illuminate the work area is nice but I don't think adds a lot of value in any decently lit room; maybe if you were trying to groom in a dim space for some reason it'd be useful. I was a bit nervous seeing other reviews mentioning knicks and cuts, but with some caution (which you really should always have when trimming such a sensitive area, anyway) I finished completely unscathed.
