Courtney FreelandCourtney Freeland: I love the twist top and moveable red piece in there. It's nice and sleek, not bulky like other heaters. I have a 10 gallon tank and within minutes of putting it in, the light came on and warmed up the tank. I love the adjustable suction cups too. And for that price, blows the other heater out of the water. I will update if any issues arise.

Terry: Got it to replace the other heater. For my fish tank. The other heater wouldn’t suction to the tank. I got it for the size it was smaller & didn’t take up as much room as the other one did. I liked that it also came with little plastic fake bushes to add a little color for the tank as well.

Dakota Dakota: I ordered two of these....one because one of my pre-sets wasn't heating a 15g tank enough and one because that near-disaster made me realize that I need a backup now that I have breeding tanks.

These are pretty much self-explanatory and work as expected. I will never order presets again and these are easy enough to set and suction well. I am pleased.

Acbunker: Updated review: I had surgery and was unable to return the item for a couple of weeks, so I just left them plugged, in the fish tanks, until I could get to it. Suddenly, I saw the lights on both were on, and the water was warm (very warm, as a matter of fact). So I adjusted the temperature on each and they now work as a charm. Have NO IDEA why it took about 2 weeks for them to start working, but it happened and I'm happy. Not returning anymore. From 1 to 3 starts because they didn't work immediately... Which doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Original review: Have a 2.5 gallon and a 1 gallon fish tanks, so I got 2 of the 25W ones that are recommended to a max of 7 gallons. At first I read afraid I was going to cook my fish, so I started on a lower temp. I've had the heaters in the tanks for almost 5 days now, but water temp has not increased, not even 1 degree!!! Even after I increased both to the max setting on day 2... Still nothing.

Kevin Fitzpatrick: I bought the 300 Watt heater for my 75 gal tank. It works fine, no real issues. The temperature adjustment knob was hard to turn, as once it is set there is no need to change it. (maybe not a bad thing, as it would prevent inadvertent changes). I ended up with the heater set at 26 C, and got 25 C in my tank - close enough. Take your time to get the temperature where you want it, and be sure to have a thermometer to check the temperature.
