Amazon Customer: I needed a cushion for my shower chair for ankle surgery that was coming up. I needed something soft to put my knee on since I would not be able to stand on my leg for six plus weeks and the shower chair seat was too hard. This cushion was perfect. It was thick and stayed in place and drained very easily after use with the attached hook. Some reviews said that the cushion had a funny smell. I do not have any smell at all. I highly recommend.

John Dallas Bowers: The media could not be loaded.  About a year ago, after injuring my back, I found I could no longer stand in the shower, which prompted me to buy the Oasis Space bath stool.

It was a godsend, but not a very comfortable one. The seat was hard and very painful to sit on, so I retrieved a section of bubble wrap and cut it to fit. It worked well enough, but it turns out sitting on sticky plastic isn’t all that pleasant. That’s when I saw the Oasis Space seat cushion on Amazon, and decided to give it a try.

The first thing I noticed, besides its light weight — just a few ounces — was the outer covering. It’s a breathable mesh, very soft to the touch, with just enough texture to keep it securely in place without sticking to the skin. It also seems quite durable.
