Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: If you're someone who likes to move your shower chair around as your shower, this one may not be for you. The rubber feet means it won't slip while you're sitting on it, which is good in one sense because it's safe. However, I like move my chair around as I shower depending on what step I'm on. Also, it's not super comfortable to sit sideways on, so if you're someone who likes to swivel, again this one may not be for you. It's good enough for my purposes but my next one will be a different style.

At first, I had this in my tub shower and there was absolutely no way I could get around it, so once it was in place, that's where it was going to stay. Cannot step over it or around it. I moved it to my standing shower and it's much better but still quite bulky.

Generally, it's very sturdy and easy to clean. I don't ever feel unsteady or unbalanced. Easy to assemble, just pop the legs in and done, although needs quite a bit of force to get them in. Easy to adjust the height and good for unlevel ground since each foot can be set to a different height. It's pretty lightweight, so lifting it to move is not too difficult. Beth Alice: Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Perfect size. Lightweight enough to move easily but sturdy as well. Was hesitant to buy because rounded feet looked a little unstable but that turns out not to be the case. Very happy with this shower seat.

MJ: I love everything about this shower seat. I ordered it to support my portable washer. Everything about it is perfect. It’s lightweight, yet extremely sturdy plastic that can hold up to 400lbs! The legs are adjustable and assembly was as easy as fitting together a child’s Lego blocks. It also takes up the least possible amount of space in my bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased! I’m sure it’s great if used as an actual chair to sit on in the shower as well. Buy this!

K H: A little bit stiff to get the legs attached to the seat. Adjusting the leg length can be a bit tricky if you have arthritis in your hands or fingers. It's very solid underneath you.

Put a facecloth or small towel on the seat to help reduce the chance of slipping.

Jackie A.: I love this shower bench!!! I suffer from arthritis and have gout flare-ups which leave me unable to walk at times...which means I cannot stand in the shower either. This bench has given back some of my dignity. It is so nice to not have to rely on others to help me bathe. An extra added bonus is I can actually sit in the shower on days that I need to shave my legs. The bench is very sturdy and I do not feel as if it is going to buckle under my weight...I'm a plus-size woman...I do not weigh 400lbs. but I do believe that this bench could very easily support that amount of weight. I definitely recommend this bench to anyone who may require that kind of assistance in the shower/bath/

I had already taken a shower this morning, but when this chair was delivered, I couldn't wait to take it for a test drive.  I put it together in a snap.  No tools needed.  I didn't even take time to adjust the leg tips.  I tore it out of the box, ripped the legs from their plastic confines, and ever so gently pounded the legs into their respective holes on the underside of it's firm seat.   I could see right away that this chair liked it rough, it was built to take a beating.  And I was just the man to do it. 

I replaced a cheap import that I purchased on Amazon not too long ago with this Made in the USA shower chair from Carex Health Brands.  That cheap chair has aluminum legs that cross...
