Jagdtiger6061: This shower chair is of very sturdy construction, stabile, and has wide accommodation, and is essential for my needs, as someone suffering from relapsing/remitting MS. It allows me to safely shower without fear of falling, which has happened to me previously without anything to aid me from collapse. The chair even has a cut-out, so you can scrub the Necessary Bits of your Nether Parts. I highly recommend this shower chair, and give it 5 star endorsement!

Murielle RittmanMurielle Rittman: Received quickly, and assembled quickly and used it that evening for my shower. I love this chair, it's sturdy, comfortable and I like the size. It fits in the shower easily with plenty of room. The big test was going to be my husband who is partially disabled. He used it the next day and unfortunately slid off. It took a little maneuvering but got back in the chair. His legs and feet are no longer capable of holding him up. Now, the best I can figure is the slight incline for the drain was the cause because the chair was positioned a little back of the drain. Since the chair is non returnable, I called NOVA and asked for advice. After chatting with a very sympathetic young woman, she was able to recommend their Happy Tush - Gel Cell cushion and sent it free of charge. My husband has been using it for awhile now and this solved the problem and he no longer slides in the seat. Thank you NOVA, you are a great company and I certainly would recommend to everyone.

Christopher R. Lowery: After the last one I bought (from a different brand) that I couldn't even put together (attachment bolts were too long and were pushing up the seat bottom before even getting tight), this was a pleasant surprise. I got it assembled in under 10 minutes without even glancing at the instructions, all I had to do was slip the parts together, all the screwing down was already done.

The packaging was very well done, pretty much no wasted space and shipped in such a small box that I was worried it wouldn't have everything; at the very least, I assumed it would be completely disassembled.

It could stand to be a tiny bit thicker and heavier, but overall, it's really solid, and the arms and back provided a good amount of extra comfort and stability.

Not sure why it asks about suction power, it's not designed to have that (drainage holes in the feet with non-sealed tubing is not going to give you any suction)
