maryquitecontrary: I looked at tons of these stools prior to having hip surgery - all with mixed reviews. When this arrived it was easy to assemble and light/easy to move in and out of the tub. Supports my 140lbs easily, and has felt sturdy for 2 months of use so far. The feet keep it planted well in our tub so it doesn’t wobble. Would highly recommend this model.

Phyllis R.: This is a great light weight stool for a bathroom that is sturdy and can be easily adjusted to whatever height suits you. I use it to sit at the bathroom counter when I’m drying my hair, and I move it to a table near a bedroom window when I’m putting on my makeup.

Beth I-L: I bought this for assistance when traveling in hotels that don't have walk in showers. It's easy to put together and fairly easy to adjust the leg length. I do wish it was a bit taller though. When you need to use it for knee issues, as I do, having to bend so low can be problematic. If legs were a few inches longer it would be great. Additionally, as most tubs are not perfectly flat and squared to the edges inside, having more increments between adjustment holes would be great to get the smoothest fit between inside and outside legs.

Mike Burnside: Totally satisfied with this. It grips very well in the tub and yet is super lightweight. Decent size seat, though not suitable for sitting longer than ~30 minutes or so since it's quite rigid.

HK: This is a sturdy, easy-to-assemble (4 slide-on legs), very compact bath stool which is ideal for small spaces like half-size showers, baths etc. The seat is indeed 'white' with adjustable legs. My unit came with assembly instructions and a note from Nova founder Sue Chen which was a personal touch backed by a 'Ltd Lifetime Warranty' on the metal frame and 1 yr on parts. If you require a very compact bath stool, this is an excellent option.

DBragz: I recently had ankle surgery and am now non weight bearing on that leg. I have a stool for the shower but was finding it challenging to get completely dried off on that stool while still in the shower. I now position this stool just outside the shower and use my good leg (while holding onto a grip bar) to pivot onto this stool. It works great. It's very sturdy and adjustable to height. I am 60 year old, 5'2" plus size female and find this stool works well for me. My bathroom space is small and it fits perfectly. I also use it to do make up and my hair in front of the sink. The product came with it just needing to put the legs on and then adjust to the correct height.

ReginaPhalange: I used this stool while recovering from a knee surgery. We have an in-tub shower, so I had to get my legs into a tub before being able to shower off that post-surgery ickyness.
I used the stool both for extra support while getting into the tub, as for sitting on while in the tub. It is nice to feel like it is totally secure, will not collapse or break, I feel safe using it even when I am afraid of falling etc.
The surface of the stool is good for grip, but also nice to sit on; you won't feel slippery or afraid you will slide off while shampooing your hair.
The legs were the right size for a standard tub. I use an anti-slip bath math underneath as an extra precaution.
The material of the stool is perfect for it's use; you are cleaning it while you shower and it needs hardly any maintenance.

I didn't want to invest in too may post-surgery products, as all the medical costs are big enough as it is, but I am glad I made this investment. It is great to be able to shower safely and without having to balance on one leg after knee surgery. Taking a relaxing shower can be truly healing.
