Amazon Customer: Like the features of this chair with its five adjustable heights, high back, and wide seat. It also fits my narrow tub. The problem I had was with the directions. When I put the first two aluminum pieces together, it did not say what screw to use and I assumed it must be the larger one, but in tightening the screw it poked a hole through the middle of the plastic seat! Then I thought I followed the picture to put the aluminum pieces on the back but it was facing the wrong direction when aligned with the seat! It took me an hour to realize I had to change the direction and in order to do that I had to tilt it over my dining table. Some of the pieces cannot be put together if lying flat. There were better directions for the grab bar that was included that I didn't even know I was getting.

QuietType: Assembly of this chair was fast and easy, requiring no tools whatsoever. The size is perfect for a standard bathtub, providing comfort and stability. It's a very good chair and doesn't take up a lot of space in the bathroom when not in use.

Renee: I had read good and bad reviews for many of these shower chairs and I am thrilled that I purchased this one. I am glad I read reviews that told me to measure the floor of my tub because, as it turns out, there are different floor sizes. Mine happens to be on the smaller width which made me decide on this chair. I could not be happier! Assembly was pretty easy. I am a bad assembler so that is saying a lot! This shower/tub chair quality is wonderful. This does not slip in the bathtub. It is truly comfortable and easy to clean. I have had this now, over 6 months and it has not rusted anywhere. Most of the time I just rinse it off with my detachable shower head (another thing to think about getting- WHY didn't I get one of those years ago!!!) And this tub chair comes with a free shower bar that suction cups to your wall. I have tile around my bad tub walls and it works great. Although I really don't use it that much so I have no idea how that suction cup bar would work on a tub insert or anyone that may need it to help lift themselves from the chair.
