This product comes in 3 levels: the bench, the chair and the chair with side arms. My son assembled it in nothing flat. It has four rubber (or plastic) cups on the legs which keeps the chair from slipping in the shower. The holes in the seat allow the water to run off. It gives me a sense of security and safety to have the shower chair to sit down on in the shower. The height is adjustable. I recommend it.

It is as a little confusing on the directions but we managed to figure out. It is very lightweight so when sitting in the shower it is not real sturdy. The reason I say this is when my Mom tries to stand up the chair moves even with a mat under it. She likes it so that is all that matters.

Of course, I didn’t want to admit I needed help in the shower, but I did. Back injuries left me feeling less than confident in the shower. This seat was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. It’s also light enough to move around by myself. The chair does not slide around in the shower when I’m sitting in it. Highly recommend.
