This shaver gives a close shave and battery life is great. If it continues to work in this manner it will be the best shaver I have ever owned. So far it has out performed any Norelco or Remington shaver I have owned.

John in NC: This replaced my Norelco/Phlllips shaver for a lot less cost. Shaves great but quite as close - only me or my wife would know it. It is noisier than the name brand. It's easy to use, shaves very comfortably and quickly. Easy to clean. Battery life is great with a battery meter to boot.

C. Fickling: I've never had a shave as close to the skin with an electric razor before. I've only ever had to use a traditional blade to get skin this smooth but I have really sensitive skin and wavy/curly hair so ingrown hairs and razor bumps keep me from going the "traditional" razor blade shaver route. It arrived fully charged so I immediately put it to use to test it. I was not disappointed. The motor runs more quietly than any shaver I've tried before and even when it cuts the hair you don't really hear anything. Other shavers sound like you're deforesting a plot of Amazon rain forest, and even though that's honestly sometimes the case (don't lie, ladies) this shaver was quiet and extremely effective.
I had bought a cheaper electric shaver because it had a wider head than most every woman's razor on the market and had to make several passes just to get most of the hair and even still it didn't get the ones growing close to the skin or laying right against it. I was left practically digging and scraping my flesh with the shaver trying to get them to come off.
