The first stool I ordered looked like it had been opened and retaped. After opening I could see it was broken. I sent in for a replacement and they promptly replaced it with a perfect one. It’s more sturdy than I imaged for the size. Works perfectly in my shower or as a stool to sit on while getting dressed. May end up ordering another one. Very satisfied with the product and the return without a fuss. Love the gray color.

Very happy with this shower seat. Sturdy and looks great. I can comfortably sit it the shower without feeling like it is going to slip out from underneath me. Was a bit of a challenge to put together, but got there in the end.
