I have 4 other Zumimall cameras on my cloud based network and it was super easy to add to my network. Night vision is ok but great for the price!

Kindle Customer: I am very happy with ZUMIMALL Doorbell Camera especially speaking with my guests through the app. When I am out, I can talk with them to wait or come back later. A 5 second short video is very good to auto capture the persons who come. The battery lasts for more 3 weeks for every 1 time recharge. There is no negative comment. All is good and worth for the price. I have been happily using different ZUMIMALL products too. Thanks to ZUMIMALL.

queelaqueela: Having my doorbell camera was the best decision I made. I can now see who’s at my door without the need to go to it, I can speak to anyone at my door if I’m not home. My greatest benefit is that my delivery packages can now go untouched by thieves. They won’t go near my door knowing they’re watched, ha I love it. The only thing I wish I had was the capability to auto record and save. But the camera does have the option to purchase a cloud for storage.
Overall, this is a great way to keep you aware of your outdoor surroundings. I love my doorbell camera. I can’t wait to get another for my patio

Calvin Roberts: Had this product over a year and it suddenly stopped charging. Found out that the manufacturer warranty was still good, got in touch with Zumimall and after 7 or 8 emails they are not willing to repair or replace. Instead they are offering 40 percent discount to purchase another one of their defective doorbell cameras. I should I spend money if the manufacturers warranty is still in effect and I purchased Asurion Protection which Assurion will not honor because of the manufacturers warranty.
Will not ever purchase Zumimall products.
After days of back and forth with Zumimall concerning my warranty they finally honored my warranty and issued a full refund. I appreciate the compromise that was finally made by them.

Alex Sohler: I have purchased this customer in December 2020. At first it worked fine for a couple of years then it became slow and irresponsive, meaning by the time I tried to answer the doorbell on the app the person had long gone. Eventually the phone app did not talk to the camera anymore. I then tried to reset the camera to resynch it to the app, but the camera could no longer read the QR code to synch with the app. I sent a message to technical support requesting troubleshooting instructions. For two weeks now they have not provided a single way to troubleshoot this camera. No instructions, just dum questions about my order number and not being able to find it in their system. I keep saying please send instructions on how to troubleshoot the camera, but they dont. Dont buy this product!

Pete Allen: Have had some Zumimall wifi cameras for a while so when I was looking for a doorbell cam I looked at Zumimall. Setup and installation was a breeze following the on camera directions. Have it mounted with some outside double sided tape. Some has to be right in front of my door before it will trigger but I think that is because there are 2 large bushes on each side of my door and an awning over the porch. So I really can't blame this on the camera. My only con I have with the camera is that I have to take it down about once a month and charge it. Wish it came with a solar panel, that is what I have on all my other cameras.

stephg: I bought this based on some of the other Amazon reviews I read about it. Manufacturer states that expected battery life is from 2 to 5 months and while some of the reviews said this was not achievable, I didn't expect to have to be recharging on a weekly basis as I've found that I need to do. Motion detection is pretty slow and both video and audio have significant lag. Video is clear and sharp enough to identify people. If it wasn't such a pain in the bum to return it, I would have done so in the first week. Having said all that, I've persisted with it and found that it does suit the purpose that I bought it for at about half to a third of the price that a high end unit would have cost me. I'm seriously considering hard wiring power to it and once I've done that I imagine I'll be much happier with it. If I'd have known it's significant shortcomings beforehand though, I would never have purchased it in the first place

Abacs1Abacs1: The Zumimall video doorbell has been installed in my front undercover porch set well back from the road over 6 weeks ago. It was connected initially with the supplied batteries and later hardwired by a 12v DC to mains power (minus the batteries). A licensed electrician did the 12v DC mains power installation. Powered by the batteries resulted in a rapid drop of power in a short time. Three weeks later when the batteries were swapped for 12v DC mains power the battery strength was reading about 42%. The settings were activated to minimise battery power usage. Wi fi is reading 100% so no poor connection. I doubt that the advertised claim of battery power lasting several months is correct based on my experience. The video doorbell's primary purpose is not for CCTV purposes but rather as a doorbell in my experience. In my opinion this product doesn't do either too well. The delivery driver is in his vehicle driving off when I'm notified. The time lag is a problem and hopefully a firmware update will resolve it And for some reason the video function disconnects late in the night reading 'off' even if the app is running in the background. Alan Wong: Set up is a little cumbersome. Followed the instructions but the scanning of the 3D barcode at setup does not work. I used the Smartlife app so I had the option of 2 other methods to setup the device (connecting device to my home wireless). I had to use the 3rd option (Ezy Setup). Be aware of that potential buyers.

I use the Smartlife apps for my other wireless devices so I know how to get around stuff. Otherwise you will struggle

winner: There are many more smart devices out there but are very expensive. I was looking for a device with all the functionalities but definitely which should cost less. After almost a month's research I decided to give a try to this device. Not only my research but customer review on amazon.com also guided in a right direction. The device does exactly what is required and desired.
Initially I faced some issues with installation but the prompt and efficient customer service helped me to make things easy.
Once the app is installed, everything is self-explanatory from there on. One can access to live video view, historical events stored to SD card (supplied along with the device), communication on both sides so that you can talk to a person who pushes the doorbell button, motion detection is an added security feature which sends alert to the mobile phone, you can prerecord a message to have an easy offline communication with a person who pushes the button. The device comes along with chime which is easy to install and uses USB power. In short, it’s a feature loaded and easy to install device. The battery lasts approx 3 to 4 weeks as compared to 2 months which the supplier claims....
