TA: Easy to install, easy to understand, super loud too. Great product overall. Some things I wish it had: longer distance tolerance so I can play sensor a little further away and an ON indicator light. Different battery would be cool too.

CG: The alarm is very simple and easy to install. The siren noise is deafening if your head is right beside it, so it will definitely startle and disturb any intruder. That's the good news. The bad news is that the farther you are away from the alarm, the less you'll hear it. We could still hear it from our upstairs bedroom, but with the fan turned on in the room - the alarm was muted. If you're a heavy sleeper and far enough away from your front door, you may not hear the alarm. The alarm does not have a volume control from what I can see, so it's permanently set. The product packaging claims the included batteries will last a year. We shall see. Overall, for the amount of money these cost and the extra peace of mind they can provide - it's good value.

True Review Man: This is a nice back up in case your security system goes down due to a power outage. I would recommend installing these on your doors ahead of time, and just activating them as needed to conserve the battery life. It's a good feeling knowing that even if the power goes out, you will be alerted if any entrances are breached. They are nice and loud! I would recommend this product.

Kate476: A good value. Can't beat the price and super easy to install. However they could be louder. I don't think I'd hear it if I were on the 2nd floor or basement unless I was listening for it. Important for us because we have a child who is a runner. This was an extra layer of protection over the four locks on the doors. But depending on your needs this could work for you.

Elizabeth D.Elizabeth D.: I bought these to put on our apartment door and window. My neighbor was recently broken into and since then it has made me extremely nervous to leave the apartment. I turn these on when I leave. They give me a little piece of mind that if anyone tried to pry my window up that this device will start going off. I had no issue sticking them to the surface but I did make sure to thoroughly clean the surface with alcohol before I stuck them on. I have had no issue with them falling off yet. I also had no issue lining up the devices so they will go off. We will see how long the batteries will last. My experience with the lr44 batteries in other devices is they do not last long. But since these will, hopefully, not be going off constantly maybe they will last longer. It comes with 4 LR44 batteries installed and you must open it up and pull out the plastic strip that is in the batteries so they will work.

TeamMom: The first time I purchased these was after an incident I had involving my son who is about to enter kindergarten.
