rrrrrick: The company that sold it was great about refunding the item.
Unfortunately, the intercoms (purchased the set of 2) did not function at all, right out of the box.
Maybe they had a wiring issue but they tripped the outlet circuit as soon as and every time they were plugged in.
They might work well but I never had the chance to find out.

brian millum: Easy to install, sound quality is not great at all.
I have had to amend this review as the follow up service i received from the seller was impeccable.
They were very concerned about my voice quality "complaint" and went out of their way to try and assist. Eventually refunding part of the purchase price. Average product... Great aftersales service!

Manuel F.: Well, the plan was perfect: one in the kitchen, one in the master bedroom, three upstairs in the boys' rooms, and one in my workshop (I added four more sets). This would keep my wife from screaming to call for food.
The first problem was the confusion of which number was the origin station, and which number was the destination, given that the same keyboard is used. We were able to figure it out, but ultimately it's easier to use the "Group" button to call everyone.
The next problem is that the sound is poor, you have to speak clearly and slowly to be understood... so from time to time, unfortunately, you can still hear screams in the house.

Amazon Customer: Package arrived timely. Quick and easy to setup. Works great in our 2 story house; one unit in our kitchen downstairs and one unit in our oldest son's bedroom so we can contact him more easily. While speaking the voice is clear but you do need to experiment a bit to understand how far away from the unit you need to be so it comes through nice and clear. Even our 10 yr old was using it within minutes.
