Justin: I do love the motion sensor it works great, besides the fact it keeps bypassing notifications/alarms when armed at home. The camera sound doesn't work except when you're talking through it in the app sometimes, and the quality isn't bad. U can flip the screen or turn off your night mode manually so people don't ruin it with IR lighting/Lazer, and zooming in is pretty good, just wish I could move it around with the app. There's mostly static and other weird noises. The door sensor is amazing I definitely will get more. Because I really like that they have basically every thing u could ever want or think of to use in the app. I just don't like how expensive the cloud storage is. So u can't review your videos unless u buy an SD card. Trust me you'll regret not buying one for it l.

NellyNelly: I purchased this system on January 2022 and have been using/tolerating it since.

1. It's very easy to set up, but most home wi-fis don't run on 2.4GHz so learn how to temporarily change your router when configuring.

2. Video quality & microphone is not bad.

3. Sensors and camera are very sensitive.

4. It takes some time messing around with the settings to set up the devices to not go off every time there's a little movement.

5. Around the 7 month mark, I started getting issues. The Gateway would constantly go offline even though there were no changes to the wi-fi/router. It would disconnect at random times throughout the day. I could still fix it, but it was annoying. App problems persisted for almost 2 months, but somehow resolved on it's own.

6. Around the 11th month, I started having problems with the camera. It would disconnect on its own, but I was able to pair it again with no issues by either resetting the camera or removing & re-adding the device.

7. Since December 2022, I haven't had any problems UNTIL May 2023. I received an " anomaly" notification from the app that my camera had gone Offline. However, the gateway...

Brionna: I had just received my package! I was so happy to open it & get all the sensors set up. When I got to my camera, the led flashed red. It flashed green one time after trying to use the app to pair, it timed out & never went back to green. I had to contact Amazon Support for a replacement camera. I hope my new camera works!

Justice: It's a video camera absolutely nothing special. I didn't know it was stationary and you couldn't control it's motion from your phone. Also it's really annoying the camera is overly sensitive and the app will constantly notify you of every speck of dust in the air. So your constantly on edge of thinking somethings wrong or needs Immediate attention. I thought I was getting a good little video camera but I was really getting a big inconvenience.
