This knowledge is lost in our society. Once there was a time when every person on the Plante knew this information. Now. If our fridge quits we are done. Not me. If nothing else. Have it for a table book. It could possibly save your life

Keith: For the most part it’s a good book with good information however, there are USDA revisions made on the recipes and procedures that are either very redundant or actually harmful to your health. If you can look past these “smudges” on somebody else’s fine work then it’s a good book.
