This knowledge is lost in our society. Once there was a time when every person on the Plante knew this information. Now. If our fridge quits we are done. Not me. If nothing else. Ann: I can't wait to get into some of these methods. My husband and I have been wanting a book just like this because we harvest quite a few deer each year, along with wild turkey. This is perfect and I'm sure we will utilize this for many, many years.

Keith: For the most part it’s a good book with good information however, there are USDA revisions made on the recipes and procedures that are either very redundant or actually harmful to your health. If you can look past these “smudges” on somebody else’s fine work then it’s a good book.
