Amazon Customer: I have started dehydrating again and needed a good book that had the information in it that I needed. I spent a good deal of time looking for one that had the info on the produce I was looking for. This was the one I found. It has info on fruit, vegetables, fruit rollups, and jerky. It is just a great book.

Marta: Libro scritto bene, necessario per chi è, come me, alle prime armi con il mondo dell'essiccazione e non sa da dove cominciare. Libro pieno di foto e spiegazioni su tutto Da come scegliere e preparare la frutta e la verdura a come conservarla al meglio. Ci sono anche delle ricette.
Lo consiglio a tutti. Il libro è scritto in inglese.

Carolyn Allison: I disliked the fact that about half the book is rehydrated recipes. I know what I want to make with dehydrated food. I just wanted more information on different ways, marinates, etc. , to use the dehydration system. I liked the the ones I saw in the book but wanted more suggestions not finished recipes.
