Trouble: I just recently started getting into canning. I did a blackberry jam because we have a blackberry bush. I had waited on getting this bug, but I am excited for this upcoming season to be able to start doing a lot more canning so this book is going to be a great help.

Karen Atwood: Only one available was the coiled binder so that is what I purchased. It is good quality and has all of the information I was looking for. Price is a bit high but I took into account the recommendations of others to follow these recipes for safe food preservation so it should pay for itself in the long run. Delivery was on time.
