Karen L. Peters: The unit works as it should. I accidentally broke part of the tubing for the unit. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement that I will pay for as it was my fault. Months later after many emails back and forth, they stopped emailing me. I cannot get anywhere with them. I would never buy their products again because of the poor customer service.

Stacy: Although this little detector is not professional grade by any stretch of the imagination, it still is powerful enough and selective enough to find any type of metal. I have found everything from tiny pieces of wire, and coins, to tie down chain and almost a full set of horse shoes ( the game kind, not hoof kind). Although the sensitivity kind be set to find objects that are buried deeper, I usually just dig a couple of inches to a foot or so before finding an object. I love the fact that this detector comes with a carry bag and a portable shovel. I can just keep everything together and protected while stored and then grab the bag and go when I need to do so. I still need to take it down to the beach this Spring, but I did use it on a beach at the lake and it worked great👍 I didn't find anything valuable, but I did find some nails, screws, and wire in an area where kids and adults run through the sand barefoot. I not only cleaned up the trash that day, but I found buried accidents, waiting to happen. I can't wait to take it down to the beach and to a couple of old, abandoned, 1920's houses that are on a friend's property.

WiseCrewWiseCrew: The media could not be loaded.  This is our first metal detector & it is SO much FUN!

We keep finding metal objects in our yard, that were left behind by the previous owners, & I have stepped on a few of them. They seem to be in a general area where we believe they had bonfires. I want to avoid anyone else stepping on the foreign metal objects & thought it would be HELPFUL to have a metal detector.

I read several Amazon reviews & decided upon this metal detector.

Assembly took hubby all of 5 minutes, if that. We installed 2 rechargeable 9v batteries, & went to work.

The detector is USER FRIENDLY (even for a newbie to detecting), it detects ALL metal, & feels SOLID, & works WELL.
It has a CASE to store/transport it in, though you do need to REMOVE the detector screen to store the metal detector in the carrying case.

All you have to do is detach the wiring harness, which is a 2 second process.

The detector comes with the manual, detector pieces, a carrying case, AND a handy FOLDING hand shovel, which even has it's own separate storage pouch, which is great because it keeps dirt from off the shovel OUT of...

RedXepher82: This metal detector is great and fun for the entire family. It is light weight, has all the tools needed (digging equipment included), and it is pretty effective. First thing I will say when using this is to check the location you are going to use this at. Some places do not actually allow metal detectors to be used. This could include some beaches. The device is pretty simple to setup. You just need to do some assembly but not too much. You honesty just have three pieces you need to put together. It runs on batteries and can last several hours before recharge. It could essentially last a full day if needed. The next thing is that it comes with a carrying bag. This is an okay carrying bag however the material is pretty thing. It is water proof though. This device was able to detect items at least a foot down. I found several metal objects about a foot down. Nothing deeper than that. The shovel works well at digging holes. It is a short shovel so expect to crouch down.
