Customer service was very understanding and was willing to reach out to make it right...they also seemed very concerned in making any changes necessary to improve their product. Maybe I got a lemon? Scott: Purchased this for my son and his cousins to use on a beach trip. We did hide a few pennies and other items but he also found other things as well.
The only issue is the volume. When using in the back yard or park, it’s fine. But the tones are totally drowned out by the sounds of the beach, so you have to pay attention to the screen. Overall a fun beginner metal detector.
