Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus: Motion-Activated 1080p HD Video Security Camera

So far the camera is good quality. Easy to use and navigate the Ring App.
So far connectivity is very smooth and not missing WiFi connection. The only issue with my camera are the LIGHTS, I wish they would improve the quality of color or to have choices and able to change the tones of the camera light, from yellowish original color, to brighter white, and able to see all the way to the end of my backyard.
Value the money is a bit expensive, BUT SECURITY comes FIRST an A+ for the SIREN!
ONE more issue we don't know why is happening; the security lights are going OFF without any reason, very late at night
2:45 am 3:am 4:am (?) we set up the lights to function from: Dusk to Dawn; the camera should come with a warning SOUND SIGN So, we can hear on our phones to let us know when the security lights are OFF.
We need to have lights, dangerous being in darkness, many robberies are happening lately. Thank goodness our backyard is FENCED.

Amazon Customer: I previously posted a 3 star review ow the Ring Floodlight. I have five several of these flood light cameras. All are mounted at pre existing under eave flood light locations on a 1950’s ranch style home. These light are all pretty well protected from direct weather. One of my lights on one fixture completely filled with water and shorted out the light. Jost one light on the two light fixture failed and the camera still worked and none of the other four fixtures had a problem. Almost the entire lens filled with water. The light was outside the warrant period so I assumed Ring would not stand behind it. I just replaced it and put the old one in my shed. Subsequently, I had a problem with an outdoor stick up camera. I contacted Ring customer support and covered my problem under the Ring Protect program. When i was about to hang up the support representative asked if there was anything else he could help with. I explained my issue described above. He said he would pass the information along to the appropriate group. I missed a call that same day from a member of their executive admin staff who followed up with an email to schedule a call for the following week. When we talked she...
