Amazon Customer: I installed these in my mom"s house when we started staying with her. She has Alzheimers and was prone to roaming the house at night and also falling. It helped me keep a check on things when we had sitters. Easy to setup and monitor and many good features. Occasionally the movement alarm lagged a little but other than that great cameras for the price.

Ingvar leskovar: I switched to Reolink after Kami tried to force feed me their cloud plan.
Not only is Reo a much better camera but, also, it has absolutely user friendly firmware and, best of it - auto write over, when SD card runs out of place. Which is great!
The only thing to keep in mind, is that it is for 2.4 Ghz wifi ONLY, so if you have one of them 5G only routers, consider something else.
But kudis to Reolink!

LoraineLoraine: I like the portability of the cameras. Once you set them up to your WiFi, which was easy and had instructions, you can plug them in anywhere within signal range. You can add a micro SD for recording footage too. You can turn on the speaker part to hear and talk however, it is kinda distorted so I deducted 1 star for sound quality. Picture quality is good. Not HD but good. You can re-direct the camera view with your phone which is helpful.
I put one in my living room facing the front door and one in my laundry room to watch my cats at night. Overall, I really like these cameras. (This photo of my cats is zoomed in)

CJ: I really wasn't sure how this would work. I was scared to even take them out of the box(got 2) cause I thought it was gonna be to complicated for me to figure out. But thankfully, It was a breeze! Mom has dementia and I just want to make sure she's being taken care of properly when I'm at work. I also can check her in the middle of the night without having to get out of the bed. I just LOVE these cameras!!!

Tim: I am so impressed with these little cameras! I have previously bought a set of Arlo battery-powered cameras that are essentially useless - as much as it may seem appealing to have battery powered cameras and no wires, it comes at a HUGE sacrifice of functionality, since the camera can’t be powered on all the time. Then there is also the overhead of having to go and retrieve batteries and charge them every month or two.

These Reolink cameras were trivial to setup. They have voice prompts that let you know the current status/progress while setting up, and the wifi settings are read by the camera from a QR code on your phone. Note they may be less easy to setup if you don’t have a smart phone - though I expect that’s a dwindling population nowadays.

The image is clear, the audio is clear, and the return audio (where you talk remotely into your phone and can make it play through the device speaker) is surprisingly loud and clear. It’s a good idea to get a micro SD card and plug into the slot you can see under the camera when you pan all the way up.
