Outdoor HDTV Antenna - 5 Star Rated for High Quality Reception

Jeremy: I'm not sure if the piece of crap antenna I bought off of eBay a few years ago was just poor quality or if this one is exceptionally great quality. But the difference is day and night. My old antenna which came with a built-in amplifier barely tuned in the four major local channels and when it did they usually were choppy and interrupted. This antenna not only gets the four local channels but in additional 78 channels that I didn't even know I could get. Excellent quality. Antenna is built of great material and even comes with a roof mount bracket. I did not use that bracket as my antenna is mounted on a mast. But definitely would purchase again.

Phil: The higher you can place these antenna the better, I found no difference between this one and my existing one, which makes me believe the height is the over all factor for outside ant. Plus its not amplified which my older one was.
I retuned it.

Amazon Customer: It came well, packaged and easy to assemble, if you ever assembled an antenna before you will always know that it is quite flimsy and delicate to assemble and install. I tried it out first inside my attic to see what kind of reception I could receive, and I was quite surprised. Everything came in crystal clear, no pixelating. we will see how it performs later on this year as it is early spring, and there are no leaves on the tree, but I believe it will work quite nicely nice product. I don’t see why anybody would have problems with it for me living in the Detroit area not that far from broadcast towers approximately 20 miles it works flawlessly. if it’s the first time you’ve used an antenna go online find the location of your broadcast towers. Use a compass set up the antenna in the proper direction. Use short coax. Keep your lines short, and it should work just fine. good luck. I am a generation that start it up with an antenna, I have gone through all the cable dishes, DIRECTV streaming, etc. I have come full circle. do you really want to spend all that money just to watch reruns of old movies, but most of the stuff you watch is over the air network...

ginelmore: I ordered this, hoping it would be a nice antenna. Got it up. Wouldn't even pick up a tower . 15 miles away. Started the return process. They're sending out a new one. Scene video on youtube that they said these are. These are not. Very good antennas. A lot of them come from factory with problems. This does not have a signal booster or anything. So I took it apart. We soldered all the connections. Found that the connection were the coaxial cable attaches. Were broke on all four connections. I re soldered the coaxial Cable connection. on the circuit board. Also Re soldered. all resistors and capacitors. Added a piece of copper. Between antenna. Add connection for circuit board antenna. And antenna. And now it works fine. Quality of workmanship on everything was crap. Now it's good. So I'll keep this one because it. Because it works now. And I'll send the other one back when it gets here. The replacement one, the. As I know this one works, and the workmanship is good, because I did it. Not some Chinese Moron. In a sweat shop. My suggestion to anyone looking at this antenna is, don't buy it. Unless you're prepared to take it apart and do what I did. Fix it so it...
