BT: The display and camera are made of quality material. Very sturdy. It comes with a test cord so you can see if all is working properly before installing the camera. The picture is clear, good color and has a full view of the area behind the vehicle.
I installed this on my 31' class C motorhome, connected the camera to the backup light circuit and am very pleased with the results.

Jerry in OklahomaJerry in Oklahoma: I received the product in just one day which impresses me, but even more was the quality of the packaging and the product inside! Safely packaged with foam and cardboard, the product felt solid and well built. Everything I would need was included with the backup camera system. I had to do a bit of a different installation on my trailer using one of the clearance marker lights, but the slots on the bracket for the camera allows for perfect alignment of the camera. That’s all great, but when I tested the range to the monitor, I was blown away. First, I plugged the monitor into the 12v outlet in the trailer. Of course it worked. I then went into the garage and plugged it into a solar power supply box that I built, and it still worked! So, I went to my van I tow the trailer with, plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. The van was about 100 feet from the trailer. And the house was between the trailer and the van. AND, the house is stone!!! Wow, wow, wow. If you need a backup camera, this is it!

Amazon Customer: The picture is clear, it captures motion well, and the night vision appears to work well. My monitor is mounted in the driver portion on my motor home, and the camera is installed on upper rear. This is a must have for anyone who has a travel trailer or motorhome. Whether you’re driving in daylight or night time the camera is clear. Parking is made way with back up indicators. Changing lanes on freeways no problem. Get one and you’ll see. Recommend highly
I wired the camera to the running light at the top of the motorhome so as long as I keep my running or head lights on we have a constant video of what is happening behind us. It makes it much safer when passing a vehicle as you know as soon as the vehicle is in the camera view you can pull back into the lane. An unexpected benefit is that if there is ever an issue with your tow wiring connection the image will go out on the camera. This happened to me once and we would not have known but we stopped to check why the camera stopped working and found that our connector had disconnected from out from my boat trailer.
I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Donna GarrettDonna Garrett: I give this camera a great review. It works so well, I bought three more to give as Christmas presents to family for their campers. One thing I really liked about it was the ease of attaching it to the existing Furrion Batwing mount. The connection was easy, all parts supplied, wired it to existing wiring that is connected to the trailer running lights. Took about 30 minutes to install, 5 minutes to pair it to the monitor and it has a very clear picture without transmission issues for my 34’ camper. Only drawback, I turn it on, it reads no signal, I try to figure out why, after working a few minutes with it, turning it on and off, it suddenly dawns on me, “Oh yea, I have to turn on my running lights.” The camera then connects. It’s great comfort to see behind you while driving down the highway, and it’s very helpful when backing into tight camp sites. I’d buy it again.

Bandit1200: We use this camera behind our 25 foot travel trailer. The picture is very clear. The only slight negative is the things appear further away that they are while travelling because there is a slight delay in the transmission but it does not negatively impact functionality. I wired the camera to the running light at the top of the trailer so as long as I keep my headlights on we have a constant video of what is happening behind us. It makes it much safer when passing a vehicle as you know as soon as the vehicle is in the camera view you can pull back into the lane. Amazon Customer: I am very happy with my purchase. I have verified the basic operation, but have yet to install the system into my truck/trailer. Here are some details that might help people as they decide if this wireless system will meet their needs. The camera body material is metal, not plastic. The display body without the mounting bracket,the sun screen or the antennae is about 7 inches wide by 5 inches high by 1 inch deep. The camera and display draw about 300 milliamperes and 150 milliamperes respectively. With the camera and display in the same room the camera image is displayed quickly (about 2 seconds) following the application of the 12 volt power. The image quality is very good. I inserted a full size SD card and the recording function works. As far as I can see audio is not supported. I haven’t yet determined the maximum range, but the system works well with the camera in the basement and the display in a room 2 floors up. I don’t know what the frame rate will be once the system is installed into my truck and trailer. The camera viewing angle is roughly a total of 96 degrees left to right and a total of 52 degrees top to bottom. This is less than the wider 150 to 170 degree total...
