JK: I bought this camera about a month ago to replace a Furrion that I was never really happy with and had become so blurry it was unusable. Based on price, I was a little leery at first. How well would a camera that costs less than $100 work?

Installation was simple, especially since I had the existing shark fin from my previous camera. I had a couple of questions, and emailed customer service. Their response was quick and helpful. I also requested a windshield mount for the monitor. This will be sent for free, but you have to request it.

Based on installation, customer service and testing at home, I gave it 5 stars. Prior to submitting a review, however, I wanted to test it on the road. We just returned from a 2,000 mile trip and I would still give it 5 stars!

The camera and monitor (7”!) preformed flawlessly. There was no loss of signal at all, and the picture is crisp. It really helped out backing into sites.

The only con is using this with the shark fin. The fin causes the camper to point down more than I’d like, not giving a very distant view. Its great for backing and seeing what is immediately behind the camper, but I’d like just a little bit...

Denis M.Denis M.: C'est ma deuxième caméra de cette marque et lorsque j'ai vendu ma roulotte pour m'en acheter une plus grande, je n'ai pas hésité ni cherché autre chose, j'ai immédiatement acheté la même caméra que je considère excellente. Ma nouvelle roulotte venait avec un caméra de moindre qualité acheté aussi sur Amazon.ca mais la qualité d'image et la faible connectivité entre la caméra et l'écran n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que doit être une caméra de recul (je ne sais d'ailleurs pas pourquoi ils appellent ça une caméra de recul, moi elle est en permanence allumée quand je roule avec ma roulotte attachée et aussi quand je n'ai pas ma roulotte, ma caméra (gratuite suite à l,Achat)de plaque d'immatriculation est aussi toujours allumée de façon à ce que j'ai un contrôle total de ce qui se passe derrière mon Jeep.

SRTSRT: This is the second one of these cameras that we have purchased. The first was for our small travel trailer and it worked great for us. The second (one pictured) is one that we ordered for my Dad. He has a teardrop camper so he mounted it on the bumper to avoid putting holes in the fiberglass. The camper is currently in the shed. It is even more clear when outside. The monitor is plenty large and very clear. My Dad said it works great! He did have a problem with the first monitor. Customer service was wonderful and promptly sent a replacement. I don't think you would go wrong with this camera.

TTPapa: Excellent product, had shopped and shopped looking for one that would fit my budget and needs. This one has done both. Easy to install, and performance above all expectations. I made one modification, and do not leave it mounted to the windshield, but rather store it in a protective hard case until needed. I use the bracket that comes with it, instead and lay it on my dash on Shelf Liner so it does not slide around. Works great, when in storage it is in my TT and out of the sun protected for next trip... Recommended to an RV buddy, and he bought one that day.... Waiting for FREE

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I ordered this backup camera and it worked great for 3 months. After that, the camera would no longer pair with the screen. I contacted customer support and after trying a few troubleshooting steps, they sent me a new unit. Luna was very fast to respond and gave 10/10 support. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

P-L.D.P-L.D.: Nous utilisons cette caméra pour notre roulotte. Il a été facile de l’installer à notre roulotte à l’aide de l’adaptateur Furrion fournis.
L’image est claire et le délai de transmission est très raisonnable.
Elle nous permet de voir derrière nous sur la route et de reculer la roulotte en toute sécurité une fois arrivé à notre site de camping.
Lors de l’installation, le menu était inversé dans l’écran et nous ne trouvions pas comment changer le paramètre pour le changer. Nous avons écrit à l’adresse courriel fournie et le support a résolu notre problème en moins de 24h.

mmcfl: UPDATE: After about 8 months of being outside the camera mount on the trailer is rusted and will need some paint or rust neutralizer to fix the rust. The car camera mount suction latch (plastic) broke and made the mount unable to be used due to no ability to suction the device. We taped the remaining stand to a computer mouse pad. This is a much better solution than the original. The mouse pad keeps the monitor from moving, it is not permanently attached to the dash and can be easily removed when not it use much easier than the suction cup option. Also, the monitor can be moved while driving by the passenger allowing them to watch or turned towards the driver or adjusted for both passenger an driver to view. I do not use this as a backup camera.
The camera was purchased not for the backup ability, but to use on the highway as a rearview mirror substitute while towing a travel trailer. The bracket that allows for tilting the camera does not allow the camera to be raised high enough to comfortably view traffic. I had to leave one of the adjustment screws out of the bracket to raise it high enough. Cranked it down tight and that seems to work. There is not much vibration here, so...
