C PC P: The media could not be loaded.  The system arrived on time and I tested it following the instructions and worked fine!
All the parts are well packaged and the installation instructions are very straight-forward.

Krasavcheg: Packaged well. Installation is pretty simple. Image quality is good. Night Vision is very good, perhaps due to my back up lights being so bright( they are after market).
Suction cup is very good. The only thing that bothers me is a bit of the lagging, but its OK.

buzz039buzz039: camera was simple to install, no wiring to run underneath vehicle, easily tapped into backup light with wire connectors (included). adjustment menu is easy to use, only 3 buttons, scroll thru options, use the + or - buttons to adjust. the 150 degree camera gives it just a bit of fish eye but that works ok for me as I purchased it to increase visibility, not so much for parking assist. I have a full size long bed pickup and did not need the antenna for reception so I put a piece of velcro on the back of the camera and mounted it flush to the dash, I prefer this over the windshield or dash top mount. the night time view needs stronger lighting, visibility is weak at night but for the price, dealer free gifts incentives and a 2 year warranty it seems to be a good buy.

John Dominic SimsJohn Dominic Sims: This wireless backup camera and monitor is a good, well built, sturdy product. It has clear, sharp picture on the monitor both night and day. The suction cup mount allowed me to place the monitor next to the rear-view mirror, yet out of the way of other things. The monitor attaches to the mount magnetically. This is very convenient. I chose to run the power line directly from the fuse box, under the headliner and coming out near the rearview mirror. The chords are unobtrusive and easily hidden. I liked that the monitor only came on while the car was in reverse.

The Camera itself is an improvement to the older styles that mount on top of the license plate. This camera mounts behind the license plate. It has a much lower profile.

The installation is fairly easy. It did require that I drill a hole through my trunk, behind the license plate for the power and data chords (‘07 Camry). The chords connect to a tap placed on the positive wire to the backup lights; the other wire connects to ground (either to the car body or by tapping any ground wire in the car). This kit includes everything you need for installation. It takes about an hour for a reasonably technical DIY person to install. Probably 30 mins for a professional.

The system fired up immediately after installation. I was able to adjust saturation, brightness, contrast, and orientation of the video. Although I didn’t need to, I went through the “pairing” process just for kicks, and it was super easy. The colored lane guides are a nice touch. I'd love to see a future version that adds proximity sensors to give you an audible warning as you get closer to an object, but that would obviously add cost to the kit.

The manual is well written, and easy to follow. This install is not rocket science, but it’s still good to have a clear and concise reference just in case. For me, I did...
