Tasha: My initial purchase with this product was a flawed Quran (pages were not in the correct order). I immediately contacted the seller. They were very apologetic and were quick to respond and send me a new set. They also allowed me to keep the original copy and pen (so now I have 2 pens!). I would recommend this product but I would advise you double check to make sure the surahs are not mixed up (in the middles of surah 3, there were multiple pages from surah 4 and 5. The missing pages of surah 3 were found in surah 4 and 5). Hopefully this wasn't a widespread issue and it just happened to be with the set I received.

Amazon Customer: Everything is good except one pen doesn't work
It doesn't charge. You created return ticket for me but it's very inconvenient to return specially if you have sent the items to somebody else in other city as a gift. I tried to find out the seller's info to buy just another pen rather than buying the whole set. So if you can provide me the seller's contact info so I can buy the pen. Thanks
