Jr: I bought this for a trip to Colombia to have a holiday with my Colombian girlfriend, she doesn't speak English very well and my Spanish is even worse, I bought these hoping to help with our communication on the trip , I was very disappointed as we could never get the earbuds to work , it translated somewhat on my phone screen , but Google translate worked better then there app if I wanted to do that , it was a huge waste of time and money .

Leah S: I ordered these about 2 months ago and I really like them. The sound quality is great and they have worked well for Spanish, French, and Chinese. Unfortunately, you do have to download their app in order for the translations to work, but that’s not a big problem. My one complaint is that the touch controls can be a little finicky especially if they are starting to fall out (my left ear canal is a size in between the large and medium plugs). Though overall, I am very pleased with the quality.
