Erick A.: Bought this antenna for indoor application and it performed slightly better than the other two cheap models at the same price range. The area I live in, while its a big metropolitan area, is not necessarily the greatest for air TV signals so I was expecting high signal loss. Only bought as a temporary solution while I sorted an external antenna. But for the price it was not that bad because it does not use much space and it is not very visible. Its Ok but will not do miracles. Gave 4 stars because it works and got some of the channels I wanted.

T. Gore: This is one of the better antennas that I have used. I used to have some of those flat ones, which could never pick up anything. This one has an ampflier, which actually works, and you can adjust it as if you are closer to broadcast, you turn leave it on the lower setting. Now, we are in a woodsy area, but fairly close to our local "Philly" channels. However, I still have to put the antenna in window or right by it, or I cannot pick up anything. I will blame this more on "digital" tv rather than the antenna, as digital is very fussy. Not like the days of Analog, where you could still get a picture, even if signal strength was low. Hence, it might have not been the clearest, but digital is more of a pain, as you when scanning, the antenna has to be in the perfect place, or you get nothing, or a picture that pixelates in and out. The one thing that could be better is the quality and length of the cable. It is very long, which yes is good is you need to place far away from TV, but if you are close to a window like my TV is, I have to leave part of the cord extended, as if you try to wrap it up in twisty ties like I did, picture quality degrades or you lose the channel. Annoying. It...

Roger Swanson: I was looking for a good signal for my TV. I had a flat antenna that was doing a fair job but required stringing the cord from the unit around the room to pick a lot of the stations. The connection wire was acting as an antenna on some of the more distance stations up to fifty miles away. Picture quality was very marginal. This new antenna was a bit better on the picture quality but the number of stations came and went from day to day. Again stringing the the very long connecting wire around just right improved distance reception, but I could not get all of the local stations. I moved the antenna to the new smart Samsung tv that I just bought last month and the quality of the picture really increased, but the 18 foot cord was still to short to reach more than one window. No distant channels except for one that is approx. fifty miles away. The picture quality was so good that I left the antenna hooked to the smart tv. I went backed to Amazon and found a Philips loop and rabbit ear antenna for less than $11 and ordered that. When it came I could get all of the local stations nice and clear, but no distant stations. Really good local station reception and all of them. I like this the...

SandyVDSandyVD: The media could not be loaded.  I am very happy with this purchase! As a 35-year-old person I remember how we all used to watch TV with an antenna in the 90s but it has become sort of a lost technology in recent years because everyone streams. But sometimes it’s good to just be able to turn on the TV and see the current news as it is happening. Or be able to watch your favorite sitcom on Thursday night instead of having to wait for it to be posted to a streaming service the next morning. With all of the turmoil in the news lately I also thought what would I do if our Internet were to be cut off for some reason? This antenna does not require Internet so similar to radio it felt like a more dependable technology should something bad happen. My photos include stills of vivid TV programs as well as a photo of the antenna itself which is quite inconspicuous. in the video you can see how far away it is from my window and I still get a strong signal. regarding my TV itself it is a Philips television that I have had since 2007. It is an HD TV at 1080P. It’s very heavy but it The picture quality is like many TVs sold today. I would say the insulation took about 10 minutes most of...
