I seamed to be having problems keeping a good pitcher and I could not figure out what the problem was on the house end. Went up on the roof to check the antenna connections. I found that the antenna had a very bad wobble, so I tried to tighten the screw holding the head to the motor. In the process I found that I could not tighten the head any more and in the process I broke the wings of the wing nut. Sent an email to the manufacturer and complained about it. They said that they were going to send a new one. It took a few months with back and forth emails before I finally received the new one. Today 11/4/20, I turned on the TV and had no picture. Checked all the connections on the house end and even switched out the control box. Nothing worked. Went outside to see if there was anything wrong with the antenna, noticed that the light on the antenna motor was out (meaning that there was no rotation available). Will try repositioning of the antenna by hand and never buy this antenna from this supplier again. Would never encourage anyone to buy this product or any other antenna from this supplier

Amazon Customer: EASY TO INSTALL BUT NOT MANY CHANNELS

DaytonaDan:
Not to sound like a Ronco promoter (looki it up) but this is a great little antenna. Made of the absolutely cheapest materials imaginable but they easily snap together (OK, there are two small screws) and it's ready to go in a few minutes.
Hook up the cable and the power pack before mounting to make sure it all works as advertised. Try out the antenna motor to make sure it works. THEN you can mount it.
Notice there are dozens of these things, which all look exactly alike for the most part, on Amazon. And they sell for prices which vary wildly. Don't be fooled. Just look for the cheapest one, since I have no doubt they all come from the same Chinese factory. No reason to pay more. There some to be some minor cosmetic differences, some may have more cable than the next, but I am pretty sure the basic antenna is the same. So you might as well save as much as you can and just go with the lowest price.
I would take the 150 range claims with a grain of salt. I am less than 60 miles away from some towers and still could not get some signals. There are a lot of variables so don't expect miracles.
Still I managed to get more than 70 channels. Sure, most...

mike anspach: This antenna is nothing short of excellent ! Assembly was very simple, took about 5 minutes. Add 5 more minutes to attach it to your house/garage/shed, etc.. At first I was concerned about how lightweight this antenna was but I quickly realized it wasn't going to be an issue. I used to use those flimsy 5 - 10 dollar indoor antennas that boasted a 75 mile radius but all I got was about 13 channels and then lose the signal every time it got windy or rained. Not with THIS antenna ! Now I get a 150 mile radius and 54 channels that are crystal clear without losing signals due to wind or rain or storms. ( I wasn't sure about which direction to set up the antenna so I looked at all of the neighbors who had dishes and set my antenna up in the same general direction ) The remote control is a great feature but I have only used it one time because the quality of the picture is perfect as it is. Quite frankly I don't see any down side to this antenna. Local stores sell some antennas that look like this for about the same price but they only have a 75 mile radius and aren't built as well. Trust me you won't be sorry with this antenna. It's a great price for an...

Rob Brislenn: Upon arrival I was surprised of the rather small box it came in. You have to put it together. It was easy. Kind of like putting together a kids toy. It didn't even require any tools to assemble the antenna. Here is what isn't real clear, any picture you see looks like it is mounted on a satellite pole. Similar but not true. It won't fit, It uses I believe a 1 to 1.25 inch diameter pole to mount to. I just had to modify the directv mount to work. If your not that crafty consider the kit that comes with the mount for a few extra bucks. The controller for the antenna rotator seemed cheaply built. Everything did work on my first try. We will see for how long. If a hurricane even thinks about passing us by, I'm sure you will find it somewhere up north. Bottom line: It works better than a lot of antennas I have tried. I'm not sure about 150 miles though. How long will it last? TBD It does what it says it will. If it doesn't, most of the time it is operator error. There should be a red light lit on the antenna if it is installed properly. No splitters can be between the black box and the antenna except a voltage passing splitter. Not any kind of cable or satellite...
