The product arrived with a broken piece of plastic. Messaged the company and they were responsive at the start but then disappeared. The thread on the clamp that goes around the pole stripped when I tightened it. Cheap metal - should never happen. I'd like to return this product altogether but no one is home and answering .... Don't buy this product. Period.

Fast ship.... put it up right away and got 6 HD local channels! We live way out in the boonies and there are no towers near us for over a hundred miles! I am so happy we finally got rid of Dish. What prompted us to do this is we lost all channels on Dish and they would not just send out a new box (ours was outdated). They insisted on a $90 tech visit. The worst part is the guy never showed and we cancelled all our weekend plans waiting for 2 days. No explanation, nothing.
Goodbye Dish, listen people they are counting on us tolerating their high prices and bad customer service. Most of their channels are garbage, tacky shopping - 'paid programming', yeah they charged us for over 20 shopping channels!
The signal this antenna sends to our TV is shockingly beautiful! Super easy to install.
I am so happy, everybody should cut the cable/satellite cord and they will just go out of business (as they deserve). Horrible customer service. We had Direct TV and they kept pulling channels claiming dispute.
Well, our channel nightmare is over for good!
