Acire: I wanted to put up a doorbell camera for deliveries but as it's a rental, couldn't drill holes (nor did I like this option as it still leaves it easy to take the camera out/run off with it as it's not wired in). I randomly came across a video about these mounts and while my door's gap was a bit over the max. decided to hope for the best and try it. The mount barely fits my door, which requires me to give the door a more forceful tug during hotter weather, but that's a small price to pay to have the camera mounted. I also like that the instructions on which foam pads to use based on the camera brand you have are easy to follow/fit the camera inside.

Jaelyn: Holds up great on the door and fits my ring camera but when trying to close my door it leaves gaps between the seal and the door allowing air to sweep through. Doesn’t fit well with all doors.

MacGregor'sMacGregor's: Was pretty annoying trying to find a box for the Arlo doorbell, but finally I came across this item. Fits our door, the camera/bell, and holds good without us even using the Velcro strip (we are renting and are respectful of this home). The only complaint we have is how difficult it is getting the doorbell in the box and closing it with the foam pieces added (to keep it tight in there). If my husband weren’t here I would not have been able to do it. And you need to take it apart to charge of course. Overall, absolutely worth it!
To add: you can see our Blink doorbell on the right, in a custom box my husband wanted to make for our blink that we first got at a home we rented last. That home had a screen door. We are now fully switched to Arlo! Bye Blink! And thank you this company for the perfect box!

Jessica: I’ve had this product since May- I like it, but it does create a small gap in the door so it causes some concern with safety and installation with colder months ahead.
Overall, it’s a good product and is easy to use.

Darren: Reason the above is important is at night the IR bounces off the trim and causes a very bright looking spot in the camera. Not sure if something were to be in the spot if it would detect it or not. Would be nice if the wedge could be used in this holder. If it can please enlighten me and it would be a 5 star.

KitKatKitKat: I bought this for my Eufy doorbell cam. There were guidelines in the package on which foam to use for Eufy but mine is a slimmer model so have to use extra pieces on the side to secure the doorbell. Other than the extra padding, the rest of the installation was easy. I do get pivotal view of my entrance after the installation which is good. One think I notice though is the door mount has added thickness to my door and resulted in tiny gaps between the door and the weather strip; we will have to apply extra weather strip to seal the gaps.

Jacinthe LarinJacinthe Larin: Was worried that it would not work because of the measurements of the video doorbell I bought (Eufy model 2K) compared to the huge hole in this Doorbell Boa: the doorbell seemed so small that it would fall through the hole… but not at all, with the variety of foams included I was able to adjust it perfectly in the middle with no foam on the bottom part to allow the microphone to work. Then, I pretended I was a burglar and tried to remove it by trying to push the foam: impossible! Proceeded to install it on my door: very easy, works perfectly. Wanted a product that could work with different brands of video doorbells in case I want to upgrade in the future for a newer model or different brand and I did not want to drill any holes in my brick wall for the same reason: this product is THE solution I needed, for the present and the future!
