It work really well . But if you don’t have strong data or have wifi might not work perfectly also if person talk to fast.I would have keep it but my job didn’t want use to translate system that was provided from the company. Understand but it was helpful.My advice if you plan to use it at work ask first.It kind of expensive. But it’s worth money.

Worthless. Drops signal repeatedly, app doesn't load until the day after you download in order to connect device. Had to use your phone to do anything. And the mandarin is not translating correctly. It's not fun to get laughed at because it doesn't work or uses the wrong words. And it only translated one language at a time. It won't translate what they say only what you say to their language. I bought this for my office and so far none of my employees have been able to use it for more than a minute or 2 no matter what phone type they use. Don't waste your money.

It's a great device, especially useful when communicating clearly with hired domestic help and gardeners. It will also be more convenient and less obtrusive in public to use this device as a translator vs a mobile phone.
