Malecai sloan: The red wires on the RCA go on one end to the positive ove the 12v and the other end to the reverse wire behind the radio. Pretty nice looking I hope it works

Tom: This back up camera is an awesome item at a great price. It is very well made and easy to install if you are able to do minor wiring instructions. You may need an additional adapter if you are going to attach it to an in dash stock radio.

Jacob BickelJacob Bickel: EDIT: So I am dumb, there is a green wire loop (easily accessed) that you cut to get rid of the guide lines built in to the camera. With that I can use the adjustable lines in my head unit which is quite helpful. 5 stars for this product.
ORIGINAL: I have had this installed in my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis for about 2 years now (plugged into an aftermarket Boss BE7ACP head unit) and it works great. The only reason for the 3 star review is the camera puts in the stupid guide lines for your car which might be useful for smaller cars but mine is so wide they are not accurate and they are not adjustable. My head unit allows for adding some on top of the picture and adjusting them to your car but with these in the background it looks awful. Overall though the camera portion does work so if you don’t mind inaccurate non adjustable guide lines for backing up it would be a good purchase.

Sal: UPDATE: The seller read my review and reached out offering product support. In the end, they made it right even though I was outside the return window.
Had hopes but seems the night vision sensor is faulty. I installed the camera and noticed the led lights stay on all the time and the picture is black and white.. Did trouble shooting and noticed the camera switches to color picture if a flashlight is shined onto the camera. In normal dayl/night lighting the image is black and white.
