Broken within 6 months - the glass tube cracked and caused house circuit break jumped.

Ordered this product....had trouble getting it to work as per instructions, but finally...seemed to heat and to display aquarium temperature OK. I had communicated with supplier, but kept product. I completed water change and heater would not heat. Rattled when removed from water and could see broken glass in heater case. Too late to return thru Amazon.....communicated with supplier, but did not have satisfaction with communications and did not received replacement.
I finally received new product after several communications with the supplier. New heater has worked great since placed in my aquarium. So happy that the supplier sent the replacement.

Built in thermometer is pretty accurate, but the attachment with the suction cups to the back of the heater is weak so can’t really hang it horizontally.

I have a 60+ gallon tank that I have a Red Eared Slider in, it works fantastic, easy to set the control & completely immersible!!I have it on its side suctioned to the glass it looks like glass like more decorative than an ugly heater.
