John Koehler: I live 20-30 miles from most of the towers in my market and am at a relatively low elevation buddy this little antenna did a great job of getting most of the channels I was hoping for. Unfortunately it totally misses one of the key channels that I would have really Liked. This little antenna gets about 70% of what my giant attic antenna receives. Still considering that it went up in 5 minutes I’m actually impressed with this antenna. If you’re a city dweller, or rent and don’t want to buy your landlord a nice antenna. something like this is a fantastic inexpensive option

Mike HMike H: I decided to cut the cable. I wasn't expecting much from this antenna, as I have a lot of trees between me and the city antennas, I just wanted to see my main local channels. WOW My local TV looks better than cable through this antenna. Its nice to NOT see the cable compression on the signal and I still get 5.1 dolby. I had to fiddle with the placement of it a bit to get all the channels perfect, but it did not take long. For $17 i don't think you can beat this. It comes with some VERY STICKY double back tape, and they are Big Squares. Cut one into 4 and that will be plenty to hold this to ANYTHING

Jim The Pro Handyman: I just moved from a place at the bottom of a mountain, and even though I had a rooftop uhf/vhf antenna, got very few stations.

Fast forward to my new place, 10 miles closer to the city (25 miles away), and I wanted to put up a fast, easy to use antenna for the TV in my little 3 season sunroom.

I honestly didn’t expect much from this, especially with the low price point, but I’m literally blown away!😂😂😂. I get FIFTY ONE CHANNELS! WHAT?!?!?!? We just went through a very rainy/ stormy 10 days here, and a few of the channels suffered during the really bad weather, but I have to say this was money EXTREMELY well spent!

I have white Venetian blinds in my windows, and this antenna is almost invisible to the eye when glancing from the street.

You might not get as many channels as I do, but if you DO live close to those transmission towers like I do now, you’ll be very happy with this antenna!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mark Twain: I don't write reviews unless I am very impressed. Needless to say, this antenna impressed me. I have ordered several thin leaf antenna's (made by different companies) from Amazon previously, hoping each one would be better than the one before, but they were all mediocre until i got this one. By mediocre, I mean that i would pick some channels if the antenna was in one location but not all, and then if i moved the antenna, I would pick up some other channels and lose some from before. I wasn't able to get all the channels that I wanted until this unit arrived.

I don't understand why antenna technology is different between antenna's, and it is possible that you may not be able to get the same benefit that I did. It is also possible that there is some variation even in the same product from the same manufacturer. A bit of trial and error until you get one that you like.

Some comments:

1. You do still need to put the antenna next to a window sill, common sense.
2. I have tried antenna with active amplifiers and I couldn't tell the difference in reception with and without the amplifiers. This one doesn't come with an amplifier, but I...
