Needed some heat fast and chea, bought a bunch of these, half came not working, had them replaced, they came & failed within a few weeks and I didn't even notice until 2 months later which still falls under warranty IF IT ACTUALLY HAD ONE. I'm so lucky I've stressed my guppies like crazy or everyone of my 7 tanks would be dead right now. Save yourself the trouble.

Ok the thermostat works and still working. The heater went out after a few months. Now I’m not knocking the product because I read after it went out to turn it off when adding water, I didn’t, so could be my fault. But it did work very well and I like the idea you can set it.

Keeps my tropical 75 gallon at a comfortable 82! exactly what we were looking for! adjustable temp is amazing! and i love the temp reader that comes with it ! it’s also pleco approved! our baby pleco takes the best of naps on the heater! same with our bottom feeder frogs!

Ive set it to 78 and the temperature as riding way Too Much even when i lowered it a 75... Its Up at 82.8 right now :/ and the plastique protection was a Little bit Broken at arrival

I have had this filter for 3 or 4 months now an it has been doing great. The only thing that has not been so great is that a lot of reviews say that it stoped working. The only thing related to that was that the digital thermometer stoped working lucky I had a spare so it’s all good for now. :) so I suggest having a backup thermometer just in case.
