Patirck UpholdPatirck Uphold: I dont know how this gets bent in a perfect condition box. This means it was bent before it was shipped out.. thin metal is easy to bend back but if I was physically unable then I'd be screwed.

Strawman: I needed to install an antenna in my attic and needed a two-piece mast. I needed a smaller mast where I could attach a motorized unit at a low point to turn the antenna. This worked out perfectly. I put a flat board in the attic where I could attach the bottom of the mast and attached the motor to it. Then I attached the upper mast to the other side of the motor and attached the antenna to that. This is a better solution than installing it upside down (hanging it) as some people suggested. The perfect solution to mounting an antenna in the attic.
