Guy M.: We live in the outskirts of Ottawa ON. The antenna does not work as well as it is promoted. My RV television picks up 12 channels, this antenna could only pick up 4 or 5 channels. It would probably work best within city limits.

C. Swisher: The antenna was very easy to set up and start using. Simple connection to the Antenna connector on my TV. I switched the video input to antenna and scanned for channels. Without the amplifier I only detected 4 channels. With the amplifier I detected 38. Not all of the 38 are clear, but that is due to the placement of the antenna in the window. This antenna works, but placement is key. Line of sight to the broadcasting tower is paramount. Any physical blockage will diminish the received signal. The second most important thing is interference from electrical devices/ buildings, this will diminish the signal too. Check the direction of the broadcast towers from your house and try to mount the antenna as high up as you can in that direction. You will receive the channels.

E. RainwaterE. Rainwater: The ordering, shipping, and receipt of the antenna went quickly and smoothly. There were minor grammatical errors in the instruction sheet, but easily understood. Straightforward installation. The digital towers in the Yuma Az area are 37 miles distance as the crow flies. This antenna brings those stations in clearly. Note that the direction of the antenna is really important and you will need some method of directing it without any conductive material to keep signal strength high enough to operate. I used a picture stand to accomplish this. The 3M double sided stick pads will work on a window if you can get the signal you need. If your stations surround you and you need to direct your antenna, you will need to keep it mobile and directional.

MEB: Clearly I am not tech savvy! My problem was not with the antenna but with my tv. When I was able to set tv correctly the antenna quickly scans for potential channels. I only had 5 the picture quality was good...not the same as cable but better than any antenna I have ever used.
The price is reasonable and connection is simple.you do need to know how to set tv correctly.
