JumpingSpider: I'm new to this so please forgive my ignorance, but if this PE foam is the "soft" version, then boy am I glad I didn't opt for the "super firm" EPP roller ! It feels very firm to ME : I can't sink my thumb into the foam like on the picture even if I push into it with my entire weight. So just a warning that this is no swimming pool noodle ; it's hard enough that I wouldn't let kids hit each other on the head with it.

Anyways ! As for its intended use, I can't complain. It does what it's supposed to do. It's very light, comfortable, and it rolls evenly. I was recommended to get one by my physiotherapist for my stiff back and it seems to be helping somewhat. Worth a try.

硬さは硬めだけど、仰向けになって背中に敷いて、背骨の上の方から下の方までローリングをする用途では、硬さと直径が具合がよくて、自分にとっては背中が伸びて、猫背の矯正にはちょうど良い商品でした。
