Helen D.: I bought this as a 'softer' choice to my old foam roller that was very hard and painful to use. I loved this product instantly, doing my foam roller exercises wasn't a torture anymore! I could instantly tell the difference, as my physio could not understand why I was dreading it so much.
This longer version is great when you need to incorporate movement and different postures in your routine and this was the main reason I chose it. I'd recommend to anyone!

P. Allan: Using this firm but rubber coated roller on one's back and sides helps to relax and straighten the spine and posture, especially if one spends much of one's day on a computer.
