mike d: I expected (hoped) that it would come firm, and stay that way even with regular use. After 13 months, it has not lost any of the firmness and has held up extremely well. I travelled with it by placing it horizontally in my checked suitcase as well. A firm foam roller is not for beginners But it was exactly what I wanted and needed after denting my wife's beginner one. I've tried the ones with the knobs/bumps on them, and I don't like them. Would buy this again if/when I eventually need to replace it.

Jen DraperJen Draper: I started my weight loss journey over a year ago, and have lost almost 75lbs! This consisted of many hours in the gym, and double the hours resting and recovering. To this day, I am still strength training and transitioned to body building. The one thing that has stayed consistent throughout has been THIS FOAM ROLLER. I use it RELIGIOUSLY every single night, occasionally in the mornings and afternoons. It is the perfect length and stiffness, and at times my husband and I find ourselves arguing over who gets to use it next. I’m going to be adding a second one to my Christmas list!!!

Victoria: Great foam roller; definitely on the stiffer side which is most effective for rolling out muscles, spine, and joints. I also like the size for a full body roll (I think it is 24 inches).
Although some people new to foam rolling don’t like this much stiffness, other beginners do like it. If you are new to foam rolling - I would recommend trying some out in stores first to determine if you prefer a softer foam roller, or a stiffer one.

Brittany M: I bought 2 of these rollers for me and my boyfriend. Definitely does the trick of cracking your back and working out some kinks. Mine arrived with scratches in the foam which was a bit disappointing but overall rather good.
