Lucy: I bought this product to replace my previous one from this company that finally cracked and had to be retired after almost 8 years of use. I love using this for my mid to upper back, shoulders, upper glutes and hips, and lats. I introduced my partner to foam rolling a year ago, and now he’s hooked too! He bought two for himself (one for home and one for work), as well as one for his parents. 10/10 would recommend

sss lyr: I didn't expect it to dance. I expected it to be, like the first of these that I bought (this is my second), a nearly unbreakable roller that's soft enough but not too soft.
It is all that.
I use it daily for... well, everything. Quads, calves, back, etc.
Also, I like the pale blue color on this one.
It doesn't dance. Can't have everything.

acruns: I won this at a race several years ago and just replaced it recently. It works great and I like the smaller size as I can take it with me or just leave it on the floor without it being in the way.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Bought this after experiencing low back muscle pain after the gym. I choose it based on reviews even though it was more expensive than most I wanted quality and a roller that would be robust and last.
It works really well and I use it often sometimes on the finger groove sections for a deeper massage and often on the plain part.
For me the result was instant and although it was a little painful initially to roll over the sore muscle afterwards I had no pain and complete relief! Would highly recommend 👍
