Ginger: We have to roll after running now and this has made such a difference. We have this one and a softer one. Both are great. This one is definitely on the firm side.

D: If you don't mind firm things or a but of "pain" this'll do! I'm someone that is VERY tense and had so many knots and kinks in my muscles to work out. I'm used to getting adjusted but not massaged so this helps me build a tolerance on my own and it's nice I get to control the weight. When my back or neck feels tight or in pain I just lay down and relax all my weight and roll back and forth until it pops on its own. A GODSEND

Bunny: too soft is not strong enough, but I'm not hard core enough to get a expensive one with little dots on it, so I just got this one and I love it! from now on I'm only gonna give review after I use something for a year
