Dianar95: This foam roller was too firm for the exercises that were recommended by my PT. Painfully firm. I ended up rolling a yoga mat over the tube which helped a bit. If you are looking for a rock hard foam roller, then this product should work for you. I

GBGB: My wife uses the roller at minimum once a day. It is slightly harder than previous rollers that we have had but it definitely gets the job done. It doesn’t smell weird it doesn’t shed or make a mess. My wife is about 5’1 and it is the perfect size for her. She has a hyper mobility issues and using the roller before bed really helps her sleep better. It is a good quality product.

Max Talks: Perfect width, circumference, and hardness for slow rolling kinks, knots, and spasms. Wide enough for back, and light enough to manipulate and position on just about any area where the lift of its large size benefits. Deep tissue massage fans will love it. It is as hard as a roller of this genre should get. For myself, emulating deep tissue massage with is painful during and after. BUT for knots, spasms, or localised muscle pain there is another way - slowly letting gravity push the roller into painful areas until 1 by 1 they surrender - GOLDEN.

SB aus Le: Insgesamt werden 4 Rollen nahezu täglich im Training meiner Athlet:Innen genutzt. Eine der Rollen bröckelt etwas, aber nicht beeinträchtigend. Alle anderen sind gut nutzbar.
