Melissa Gray: I am extremely impressed with the customer service. I was having a issue with my dvr not working correctly. It would come on and shutoff after a minute or so. I contacted them through email and Liu Jian Xiong responded . He walked me through possible problem areas to check. Once he determined the defect, he fixed the issue with a new dvr . I have recently installed the new dvr and everything is back to working as normal. Very thankful. Highly recommend.

Elaina White: Start up was a little awkward...it was asking for a password on the 1st or 2nd screen but I had not set up a PW and there was no PW default..confused and frustrated, I emailed tech support and they called me and told me to just hit the next button to continue with the set up. Duh, user error! I bought this system to replace my one that took a lightning strike (fried the DVR and cameras). I was able to use the old cables and the view from the new cameras is very good/clear. My old system (no longer made) was already programmed to time stamp various movement for each camera so during playback it was easy to spot when and where activity was present on each camera, this one evidently has to be programmed. I do not have the live connection set up...maybe someday. Overall, this new camera system was easy to install and I am happy with it!!

Teddy: This is a home security system with a DVR and 4 cameras, when I received my package I was excited. Could not wait to hook it up. After climbing a ladder on a 2 story building and mountain the cameras running them all the way into the DVR, One camera just did not work. I notified the company and explain it to them and ask them to replace the broken camera. I refuse to take all 4 cameras down package them backup and send them off just to get another set of cameras to climb backup there and start all over I refuse to do that. So hopefully the company will reach out and send me a new camera or tell me how to replace the ONE that's broken.

Kip Henderson: The system setup with the cameras were super easy. Setting up the mobile app was easy also. The difficult part was setting up email and remote access. I have provided some notes that I hope help others with there install.

Things I did to setup Email, Phone App and Remote Access:

Network
I direct Connected the DVR with a patch cable to my Modem.
Enabled DHCP on DVR and Tested Network.

Email
I had to create another gmail account so I could setup the email option.
Under Email I Enabled, Selected My SMTP server, Gmail was port 465 (I had to research that)
Selected SSL
Username I keyed in the new email address and new password
Sender was my original gmail account
Receiver is whomever you want to receive the alert.

Cloud
Enabled Cloud service
Went to App store and scanned the Android (depends on your phone) and installed the XVRView app to my phone.
Open XVRView app, add new device and scan the Remote Access bar code

In the app I selected Local, menu, Plus sign and add your device

Select Network and note the HTTP and Mobile ports
Select Net Service and note the RTSP port and...
