Michelle: I purchased this to increase circulation/massage and to help with cellulite. I haven’t been using it daily so I can’t comment on the cellulite reduction aspect. However, the quality is good and it massages well. I’ve used it on my legs, arms and neck. I find it comfortable to use. I would recommend and have no regrets about this purchase.

Lynnie: I am disappointed, but not because the equipment is not well made but because it was too painful on my legs. I have diabetic neuropathy and sometimes sciatica. I caused nerve pain. It felt good on my arms and shoulders, but I wish it would get the neck area a little more. It also is a little tight. I tend to carry extra weight in my arms and legs even though I am not a large person. It needs to be adjustable to fit. We are not all the same.

Richard RRichard R: I was a bit intrigued by this massager. I saw the pictures in the description of it being used on neck, arms, legs... I had never seen a massager like this. I have a foam roller, but that involved me laying on the ground...

The massager arrived, and I also notice a photo of this massager being used on the abdominal area. OK, lots of places to use this Foam roller massager. hmmm...

First off the foam rollers are firm, and spin freely. The tension is created from the plastic-type material that the rollers are mounted to, and also where the handles are for this massager. You pull open on the, "Handles", and the housing to this massager opens up, then you shove your leg or whatever into the jaws of this massager, and release tension. This is OK, but not enough pressure for me, I liked pushing in on the handles and rolling this massager around. Doing so, though, I found the limits of this massager.

My arms didn't work well with this massager. I can only move it up and down an arm, with my other arm. I can't push the contraption together, for the pressure I want. I tried this on my neck, it didn't do much for me there. I tried my sides, abdomen. This was OK, but...

Natasha in LA: I bought a more expensive version of this (made by a different brand) that had a lot more tension and was painful to use. I found this version, which is much more affordable, and a lot gentler.

It’s really easy to use, I can just rest it on my thigh while I’m sitting and slide my arm through it to alleviate the tension in my muscles from working out. I can also roll it up and down my calf, which feels really great after a run, as well as first thing in the morning when I feel really stiff before I’ve gotten up.
